We came for the hike and stayed for the bears. Just kidding we scrammed as soon as we heard there was a sighting up ahead. In all seriousness, our hike in Ramapo Valley County Reservation in the midst of fall was a breathtaking representation of nature’s stillness and the vibrant presence of fall. It was a hike of moderate length and we easily identified the trails via the signpost at the head of the trails. Check out our pictorial highlights below.
